Design Hotel Levi is a stylish fusion of modern luxury and traditional Lappish charm, ideally located in the centre of Levi village. With ski slopes, shops, restaurants, and Levi’s vibrant resort life on your doorstep, it’s the perfect base for a Lapland winter holiday. The hotel’s interior, designed by top Nordic artists, features deluxe rooms with Lappish materials like grey pine, copper, and natural stone. Striking artwork by local creatives adds a unique sense of place. As a Green Key-certified hotel, Design Hotel Levi also reflects a strong commitment to sustainable, environmentally conscious hospitality.

Your stay includes entry to Spa Waterworld, one of Finland’s top indoor waterparks. Relax in outdoor and indoor pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, and waterslides, or treat yourself to spa therapies, massages, and fitness sessions in the gym or yoga studio (additional charge). There’s even a dedicated children’s section for family-friendly fun.

With a large array of restaurants available in Levi, the Design Hotel is offered on a bed & breakfast basis.

Enjoy a premium breakfast with a choice of hot drink and a chef-prepared main such as Eggs Benedict, a smoked-salmon bagel, avocado toast or fluffy pancakes. Add a side like bacon, sausage or grilled vegetables. You can also make the most of the buffet, with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, fish, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and more. Served from 7-10am daily, included for Design Hotel Levi guests.

Design Hotel Levi is part of the Levi Hotel Spa Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants from casual fine dining in Kekale Restaurant, to delicious pizzas at Classic Pizzas and family favourites at Burger King.

Deluxe double rooms are around 24m²and sleep two adults and one child. These rooms have a king bed, and an additional sofa bed for a child under 14 years old. These rooms are also available for single occupancy, please give our Reservations team a call to book.

Deluxe loft room are around 24m²and sleeps three to four people - recommended for three adults or two adults and one to two children. These rooms are located on the ground floor, and have twin or double beds downstairs, and an additional bed for two children or one adult on the mezzanine level. Please note that these rooms are not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Deluxe suites are around 50m²and sleep two adults and one child. These rooms have a king bedroom, lounge area with a sofa bed, sauna, and balcony. These rooms are on request, please give our Reservations team a call to book.

Interconnecting Deluxe Twin Rooms are also available, suitable for two adults and two children.

Activity small print

Unless stated otherwise, excursion days and time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening) are as shown on your invoice.
Exact excursion timings will be confirmed upon arrival in resort.
Some excursions may have flexible scheduling. Where this is the case, your invoice will state: "The actual time and day of your excursion will be confirmed locally and may differ from your invoice and voucher." Our resort team will then advise you on arrival.
Excursion days and times are subject to change. While we will do our best to provide advance notice, some adjustments may be necessary. Our Excursion Coordinator and Destination Experts will be available in the resort to assist with any changes.
Times and distances are approximate and may vary due to weather and other conditions. In extremely cold temperatures or bad weather conditions excursions may be cancelled at late notice.
Prices and supplements are correct at time of publishing but may vary up or down. Correct prices will be advised at the time of booking.
Travel insurance is a condition of booking with us, and you should ensure that your chosen policy covers the activities that you plan to take part in during your holiday. Your policy should provide cover for your own personal and medical expenses, however individual policies will not cover damage to snowmobiles or skidoos and a compulsory excess will be payable directly to the supplier of the snowmobile/skidoo excursion.

Snowmobile – Drivers must be 18+ with a full, valid photo driver’s license. Passengers must be 11+ and 140cm+ tall. Children under 11 or under 140cm will be towed in a sled/pod (heating not guaranteed).

Most excursion days and times will be advised shortly after booking, others will be confirmed on arrival in resort
Travel Insurance is required for booking. Must cover planned activities and personal circumstances, including medical conditions.
