Ski Bus 

• The ski bus is payable locally
• Nearest ski bus stop is approx. 700 metres away - the stop is on the main road outside the Eelin Kauppa supermarket
• Links to the Ylläsjärvi Ski Resort and the village of Äkäslompolo
• Guests aged 6+ with a valid 1-5 day ski pass pay approx. €5 per day to use the ski bus
• Guests with a valid 6 day ski pass pay approx. €30 per week
• Non-skiers: Day tickets can be purchased on the bus for approx. €13.50 per adult, €8.50 per child (6-11 years)
• Children up to 5 years old travel free of charge
• Multi-day tickets can be purchased from ticket sales points including the Saaga Hotel reception at the Ylläsjärvi Ski Resort or online

The Miilu Northern Lights Cabins are on a bed & breakfast basis. You have the option of upgrading to half board for a supplement.

Each morning you can enjoy a varied breakfast buffet taken at the Miilu Bar & Grill, which is around a 100-metre walk from the cabins.

Upgrade to half board to include dinner in the Miilu Bar & Grill Restaurant. Each evening you can enjoy a three-course meal made with seasonal ingredients. The restaurant has lovely views of the frozen lake, so you can admire the Lappish landscape while dining.

Board basis available: Half Board, Bed and Breakfast

One Bedroom Cabin A is around 62m² and sleeps up to six people. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a separate sleeping alcove with a large single (120cm) bed. Up on the mezzanine level there are three single beds. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge area and one bathroom with WC.

One Bedroom Cabin D is around 62m² and sleeps up to five people. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed (160cm). The mezzanine level has three single beds. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge area with a fireplace and one bathroom with WC.

One linen set with towels is included per person, per week. End of stay cleaning is included - please ensure that the cabin is left clean and beds are stripped prior to departure.

Please note that cabins are quiet between 11pm-7am.
