- Begin your day well with an authentic breakfast. The buffet each morning has a wide selection of jams, natural yoghurt, fresh bread, cereals, freshly baked croissants, homemade cakes, cheeses, cold cuts and even scrambled eggs. All of this is accompanied by a stunning alpine view!
- In the evening you can look forward to a tasty three-course dinner with choices, plus a buffet of starters and salads. The food served has strong ties with the Ladin culinary tradition, with simple fresh ingredients expertly cooked by the chef and best enjoyed with a glass of wine. Expect hearty mountain food like Canederli (dumplings) filled with cheese, herbs or meat. Desserts are all home made, too. Once a week they hold a typical Trentino dinner.
