The Crazy Reindeer Hotel is a popular choice and excellent value, having friendly service and a great range of rooms available. The hotel is in a quiet wooded location, around 400m from the ski lifts and Levi village centre, providing beautiful walks through this winter wonderland.

All the public areas and lounges have an especially cosy and welcoming atmosphere with log fires to warm up by. Guests can also pamper themselves in the hotel's spa department or relax in the popular bar area with a great drinks menu and comfy seating areas. 

Tastefully decorated guest rooms are located in 3 adjacent buildings: Crazy Reindeer, Flying Reindeer and White Reindeer. Offering a variety of room layouts to suit most needs.

Annexes

The Crazy Reindeer annex (150m from the main reception building) is where the Crazy Reindeer twin rooms and Family Duplexes are located. 

The main reception building is where the Flying Reindeer twin rooms are located and the White Reindeer twin rooms are connected internally to the main reception building.

Rooms

All bedrooms have an en-suite with WC, telephone, fridge, hairdryer, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi or cable internet access. All rooms have a drying closet, except for the Flying Reindeer.

  • 'Crazy Reindeer' Twin Rooms, 20m² (A3) sleep 2-3 people, the 3rd bed is a single fold-out armchair bed and a walk-in shower. Crazy Reindeer rooms  are located in a separate building 150m from main reception building 
  • 'Flying Reindeer' Twin Rooms, 22m² (B3) sleep 2-3 people with a bath tub, shower and a shared balcony. With a double or twin bed, the extra bed is either a single fold-out armchair bed or a roll away bed. Located in the main reception building
  • 'White Reindeer' Twin Rooms, 24m² (C3) sleep 2-3 people with a private en-suite sauna. The 3rd bed is a single fold-out armchair bed. Located on the second floor of the main building which is adjacent to the reception building and can be reached by an internal connection. These rooms also provide a safe
  • Single 'Crazy Reindeer' Rooms, 20m² (D1) is the Crazy Reindeer twin room for sole occupancy 
  • Single 'Flying Reindeer' Rooms, 22m² (E1) is the Flying Reindeer twin room for sole occupancy 
  • Family Duplex Rooms, 32+12m² (F5) sleep 2-5 people. Twin beds in living area, armchair extra bed, twin beds in mezzanine with sloping roof, en-suite sauna and balcony
  • 4-room Family Suites, 47+30m² (G8) sleep 3-8. The Family Suite is made up of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and twin beds in mezzanine. Double sofa bed in living area, full kitchen, 2 showers, 2 WC's and sauna

Levi

Lapland winter wonderland activity holidays in Levi

Levi is our most popular Lapland resort with good reason. In recent years its infrastructure has been developed to an enviably high standard with an impressive range of accommodation and a wide choice of excellent restaurants and cosy bars. Its ski area is regarded as the best and most extensive in Finland and offers snow-sure, uncrowded skiing in an area of exceptional natural beauty. This pristine winter wonderland of snow-sculpted forests and glistening frozen lakes offers an extensive choice of activities including exhilarating husky, reindeer and snowmobile safaris. Skiing amidst the silence of the fells in a mystical blue twilight with rose-coloured dawns and dusks will leave you with indelible memories. As the season starts and the polar nights approach, skiing takes place on the floodlit slopes. The whole ski area opens in mid February (approx. 17th) when the daylight hours start to increase and incredible skiing can be enjoyed throughout the day.

Overnight Experiences:

Having the opportunity to stay in a Glass Igloo or Aurora Cabin for a night under the stars, with the Northern Lights in the sky, is high on most people’s bucket list.   • Child age for Husky, Reindeer and Snowmobile safaris is 4-12yrs.
  • Children 0-3yrs are free (transport must be prebooked) but are not allowed on 10km or 22km Husky or any Snowmobile safaris.
  • SantaPark and Santa's Hideaway child age 4-16 yrs (0-2 yrs are free).
  • Snowmobile drivers must be 18yrs+ and bring a full, valid photographic driver's licence with them.
  • Children aged 8yrs or above must be at lest 140cm tall to ride as a passenger on a snowmobile. Children under this height or less than 8yrs will be towed in a sled behind the guide. 
  • Single riders who have purchased a sharing snowmobile may need to upgrade locally to a single driving snowmobile, if a sharing snowmobile is not available.
  • The overnight stay can be pre-booked but the exact day of the week will only be confirmed within 3 working days of booking as all reservations are subject to availability.

Travel insurance is a condition of booking with us, and you should ensure that your chosen policy covers the activities that you plan to take part in during your holiday. Your policy should provide cover for your own personal and medical expenses, however individual policies will not cover damage to snowmobiles or skidoos and a compulsory excess will be payable directly to the supplier of the snowmobile/skidoo excursion.
