Family friendly 

The Beausite is a family friendly property and offers a range of services that you and your family can make the most of during your stay. Families can make the most of the swimming pool, or take some time to unwind in the playroom. There is a children's menu available as well, just ask the restaurant staff on your arrival.  For families with younger children, baby phones are available, so you can head down for a later dinner if you wish. 

Restaurant and bar 

Whilst you are away you can enjoy meals made with fresh and regional ingredients, sourced from local suppliers. A regional buffet breakfast can be enjoyed in the restaurant with fresh pastries and breads, local Alpine cheeses and meats and live cooking for egg dishes. Dinner includes a four course Beausite menu with high quality ingredients. The hotel caters well for dietary requirements upon request, so everyone can enjoy their meals on holiday.  The Rondo Bar is a great spot to catch up with friends and family, whether its with an apertif before dinner or a nightcap after a relaxing day in Wengen.

Spa and wellness facilities 

Treat yourself to some down time and make the most of the hotels spa and wellness facilities. With access to a swimming pool, whirlpool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and fitness room gym, you really are spoilt for choice when it comes to unwinding after an active day. For an extra treat, massages and facials are available to bookable through the reception. 

Wengen

The idyllic village of Wengen is high up on a sunny, sheltered terrace with spectacular views, dominated by the magnificent trio of peaks – the Eiger (Ogre), Mönch (Monk) and Jungfrau (Maiden) – which provide a spectacular backdrop to Mürren and Wengen, and in part to Grindelwald. You'll arrive in this charming, friendly village by scenic mountain railway as it has reduced traffic, although you'll spot a few electric vehicles around.

Skiing and Snowboarding in Wengen

Home of the famous Lauberhorn downhill race this area is a skiers paradise. With the Jungfrau whole area pass you'll have access to skiing and boarding in Wengen, Grindelwald and Mürren ski areas, on the other side of the Lauterbrunnen Valley.  Take the cable-car from Wengen village centre, which links to Grindelwald’s ski area or take the mountain railway to the Kleine Scheidegg where both ski areas meet. Whatever your ski ability, you'll have the chance to enjoy the expanse of slopes and beautiful scenery. If skiing and boarding's not for you or just fancy a few day's doing other winter activities, take advantage of the amazing winter walking and sledging network. Pre book a non-skiers pass and use the lift and rail network to link the sledge runs and hiking trails. 

Bars and restaurants in Wengen

There are plenty of mountain restaurants across the Jungfrau area to check out for food at lunchtime. In the small village you'll find that some of the best restaurants are in the hotels, which are largely open to the public offering a la carte menus. With the majority of our accommodation available on a half board basis, so you'll have breakfast and dinner covered. When it comes to après in Wengen, think cosy bars and elegant lounges.

We have a choice of hotel's dotted around Wengen village - they're all within easy reach of the Wengen-Männlichen gondola and train station, some even offer shuttle services to the centre. Choose from a variety of accommodation styles including hotels with pools and spa facilities, traditional alpine style rooms and friendly, family run establishments.

Forest Side Twin Rooms are around 25m² sleeping two people with Austrian twin beds. These rooms tend to be at the rear of the hotel, with a forest view. These rooms are available for single use on request, please give our Reservations team a call if you'd like to book.

Jungfrau View Twin Rooms are around 25m² sleeping two people with Austrian twin beds. These rooms are located at the front side of the hotel, and have a balcony with views of the Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. 

Junior Suites are more spacious at around 32m² sleeping two people.  These rooms have a balcony with views of the Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. These rooms are on request, please give our Reservations team a call if you'd like to book.

The hotel is in a slightly elevated position with excellent views over the village and towards the Jungfrau region.

The Beausite Park Hotel and Spa is just a 5 minutes' walk (500m) to the village centre and the Männlichen cable-car for access to the 'Männlichen -Kleine Scheidegg' ski area. Alternatively, you can ski down via the nursery slopes, which start in front of the hotel (weather conditions permitting).

The Beausite Park Hotel and Spa is on a half board basis. 

Each morning you can fuel up for the day with a varied buffet breakfast with daily hot options, and a live cooking station for egg dishes. On your departure day, a packed breakfast is available - Please order at reception the day before. 

When you return from a day on the mountain, enjoy a four course evening meal with a choice of main course often including a meat, vegetarian and fish option. Please note that if the starter and soup is not vegetarian, there is an alternative menu with appropriate choices - Please note that this menu does not change. An an à la carte menu is available (pay locally). 

Christmas and New Year dinners are included.
