About Hotel Xalet Besoli

If you're looking for a warm welcome and great value, Hotel Xalet Besolí is a great choice. Set on a quiet street in Arinsal, it's a peaceful base for your ski holiday, with easy access to the gondola via the nearby ski shuttle bus.

After a day on the slopes, relax in the cosy lounge or enjoy a drink at the bar. On sunny days, the terrace is the perfect spot to sit back and take in the mountain views before heading out to explore Arinsal's bars and restaurants.

  • The hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk (600 metres) to the main ski gondola
  • The free ski shuttle bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and it is 2 stops from the hotel to the Arinsal gondola
  • The ski school meeting place and ski hire are located at the top of the gondola
  • It is a 4-minute walk (400 metres) to the village centre with all the amenities, bars and nightlife
  • Transfers are dropped off and picked up at the public bus stop 460 Prat de la Mola. The road to the hotel is very narrow, and the bus stop is located 250 metres, or a 3-minute walk, from the hotel's entrance.

Fuel up for a day on the slopes with a continental buffet breakfast served from 8 - 10:30am.

Dinner consists of three courses with a choice of starter, main and dessert, served from 7:30 - 10pm.

Christmas and New Years dinners are included. The New Years meal includes some drinks with dinner and free cava from the bar until midnight.

Fly to Barcelona:

  • Transfer time: approx. 3 hours 30 minutes – 4 hours by coach with a short break. The coach will stop as close as possible to your chosen accommodation. In some cases, there may be a couple of minutes' walk due to regulations on where coaches can stop
  • Private transfers are available, please call to book

Short breaks:

  • Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are available at the Princesa Parc Hotel, with 3-night arrivals on a Sunday and 4-night arrivals on a Wednesday
  • Short breaks of 5 nights are available at the Hotel Xalet Verdu from Sunday to Friday
  • Wednesday and Friday arrival/departure transfers will be by public shared shuttle that runs every 2 hours at set times from Arinsal to Barcelona airport, with scheduled stops. There will be a change at Andorra La Vella from the shuttle to the main bus

On Sundays, a Destination Expert will be at the airport to provide information and any assistance required.

Discover Arinsal

If you like your ski holidays with a bit of buzz, Arinsal is a great choice. Part of the Vallnord ski region in western Andorra, it gives you access to over 200 kilometres of slopes. Looking for a quieter evening? Nearby La Massana has a more relaxed feel, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants. The two villages are just six kilometres apart and linked by a regular bus until just after 10pm, so you can easily enjoy both. Best of all, they're both family-friendly and offer some of the best-value skiing in Europe.

Things to do in Arinsal

If you'd prefer to explore the winter landscape by foot we'd recommend trying snow shoeing. Using poles and your own strength you wade through the snow, making it fantastic exercise as well as a lot of fun. A highlight about snow shoeing is that it takes place away from the busy slopes, allowing you to explore the quieter, untouched parts of Andorra. There are several marked snowshoe trails on the Pal-Arinsal ski map, four in La Massana and one in Arinsal.

If you fancy a break from skiing, take the focus off the mountains and spend some quality fun time with the family. Downstairs in the Princesa Parc Hotel you'll find a 10-pin bowling alley, along with a bar and games room that is open to the general public.

Fly above the mountains on an exhilarating zip line adventure. This unforgettable experience offers breathtaking bird’s-eye views. 

Be the first to enjoy the mountain, you can carve down pristine, untouched slopes, gliding over fresh snow as you take in the calm and beauty of the mountain at dawn.
