Discover St Anton

Mighty St Anton is one of the best high alpine ski resorts in the world and has the reputation of being best suited to strong skiers and boarders. But that certainly shouldn’t put less confident skiers off – there’s plenty for them too.

St. Anton is renowned for its challenging skiing, which goes hand-in-hand with spectacular scenery and lively après-ski. The long, exhilarating descents from the Valluga, scenic valley runs and world-class off-piste skiing attract keen skiers year after year who relish the bragging rights back home. Also included in the Arlberg lift pass are the exclusive resorts of Lech, Zürs, Stuben and St. Christoph.

St. Anton am Arlberg is renowned for its vibrant après-ski scene, offering a range of venues to suit various preferences—from lively mountain parties to relaxed village bars. Here's a curated guide to the best après-ski spots in the resort:

MooserWirt: Often referred to as the "mother of all après ski bars," MooserWirt is a must-visit for those seeking an energetic atmosphere. Located on the Blue 1 run, it features live DJs, dancing on tables, and a lively crowd. The party typically starts around 3:30 PM and continues until 8 PM.

Krazy Kanguruh: Situated just above MooserWirt, Krazy Kanguruh offers a similar vibrant scene with a slightly younger crowd. Founded in 1974 by Swedish ski racer Gunnar Munthe and now owned by Olympic champion Mario Matt, it boasts an open-air dance floor and a fun-loving atmosphere.

Underground on the Piste: Located on the Galzig piste, this wooden chalet style bar offers live music and a relaxed vibe. It's known for its friendly owner, Joan, and is one of the few non-smoking après ski venues in the area.

St. Anton am Arlberg offers great public indoor and outdoor swimming facilities with comprehensive wellness amenities. Arlberg WellCom is the region’s flagship wellness complex, featuring an indoor and heated outdoor pool, slide and a wet play area. There are many saunas and a steam room.

There's also a fitness studio, massages available and an ice rink.
