You get that secluded feel, but with the massive perk of being just a four-minute stroll from the Zero Point ski lifts. No long commutes, no gear-hauling across town - just more time carving through Levi's pristine pistes. 

Love cross-country skiing, or looking to test the waters for the first time? You can hit the tracks directly from your apartment, making it easy to fit in a quick loop or a full-day expedition. Between the nearby downhill lifts and the Nordic trails in your back garden, you’re in a prime spot to explore Levi’s diverse terrain. No matter your style, you’re perfectly positioned to beat the crowds and get onto that fresh, well-groomed snow every single morning.

Inside, these lodges are built for the Arctic. You'll have access to your own private sauna - the only way to properly soothe your legs after a full day on the fells. With a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living area, you've got plenty of space to swap ski stories over a well-deserved evening meal. Whether you're here as a couple, with the family or on a trip with some mates, it's the ideal spot to reconnect with the Arctic landscape.

Set back from the main centre of Levi, these apartments enjoy a quiet location whilst being close to all of the resort amenities, including the supermarket, bars and restaurants in the centre of resort. The ski slopes and ski lifts are around four minutes from the apartments, so you can easily get onto the well-groomed slopes each day. If you are taking part in one of our optional extras, the meeting point is close by - enjoy whizzing through the snowy landscapes on snowmobiles or enjoy a serene sleigh ride through the wooded areas.

  • The village centre is approximately 100 metres from the cabins, where you can find a range of bars, restaurants and shops
  • The nearest ski lift is around 500 - 600 metres away

Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, so you can prep your own meals with ease. A supermarket is conveniently located approximately 100 meters away, making it easy to stock up on groceries.

Optional half-board upgrade: Half-board meals are available at a nearby hotel restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Please note that the half-board restaurant may be up to 600 metres from the property. If you have any special requirements, please notify us when booking.

Studio apartments are about 26m² and sleep up to two adults and one child. These renovated semi-detached apartments are set over one level and are completely open-plan. There is a sleeping area with a double bed (150cm wide), a small kitchen area, and a living area with a single sofa bed and a fireplace (firewood included).

Two bedroom apartments are about 46m² and sleep up to four adults and one child. There is an open-plan kitchen/living area with a fireplace (firewood included), and two twin bedrooms with single beds. In one of the bedrooms, there is a third bed suitable for a child above the twin beds that can be reached by steps. These apartments are part of a terrace of apartments and are set over one level.

Three bedroom apartments are about 63m² and sleep up to six adults and one child. Downstairs, there's a lounge area, a kitchen, and one twin bedroom. Upstairs, you can find two twin bedrooms, one with a third bed. Please note that the upper level has a sloping roof and is accessed via steep stairs; there is a child gate at the top of the stairs. These apartments are part of a terrace of apartments and are set over two levels. Please note that three of the three-bedroom apartments do not have a fireplace.

As is customary in Finland, you’ll be provided with linen to make up your own beds when you arrive. You’ll receive one set of linen and towels per person, per week. A final clean is included – we just ask that you empty the bins before you leave.

Levi's ski area is regarded as the best and most extensive in Finland and offers snow-sure, uncrowded skiing in an area of exceptional natural beauty. As the season starts in December and the polar nights approach, skiing takes place on the floodlit slopes. The whole ski area opens in mid February (approx. 17th) when the daylight hours start to increase and incredible skiing can be enjoyed throughout the day.

Once your enchanting journey comes to an end, cozy up by an open fire with a warm cup of berry juice and listen to heartwarming tales about the incredible huskies who made this magical ride possible.

  • This is a self‑driven husky safari. Each husky team is usually shared by two adults or one adult and two children: one adult will drive the sleigh, and the other(s) will ride as a passenger
  • Guests must be at least 18 years old and in good physical condition to drive the sled. It is not possible to arrange for a guide to drive the sled.
  • This excursion is available for children aged 4–12 years. All children will travel in a guide‑driven sled.
  • Children aged 3 years may participate only in the shorter 2 km husky safari. Infants under 2 years are not permitted on this activity.
  • Single riders who have booked a sharing husky‑sled option may be required to upgrade locally to a single‑driver sled if no sharing sleds are available.

A quintessential part of your Lapland visit is to experience is a reindeer sleigh ride. Visit an authentic reindeer farm and learn all about the reindeer. You will then be taken on a serene sleigh ride through snowy forests, guided by a Sami guide and their reindeer. The visit includes a farm visit where you can learn about the reindeer.
