About Hotel PopAlp (Plagne Centre)

Forget your typical wood-panelled chalet. Hotel PopAlp ditches your expectations for a modern, creative take on mountain living. True to its name, this hotel is a burst of energy: colourful, social and totally unique. Every room and communal space is treated as a living canvas, meaning no two spaces are the same and every corner has its own distinct personality.

Built for those of you who want to squeeze every last second out of the mountain, you couldn't beat Hotel PopAlp's location if you tried. You're right at the foot of the slopes, so you can just step out the door and slide straight into the huge Paradiski area without wasting a moment. Once your legs have finally had enough, ski right back to the sunny terrace for a well-earned après drink before dinner.

The PopAlp is all about making a statement - the artwork is so bold it's hard to miss. The balconies are decorated with hundreds of colourful skis which really stand out against the white snow, and with the XXL logo, you don't have to worry about getting lost. Inside is just as fun, with rooms decked out in pop-art style prints that really play into the 60s-inspired energy. Rather than just being a backdrop, the mountains serve as a canvas for artistic expression, with quirky pieces featuring everything from vintage gondolas to Snoopy and Tintin hitting the slopes.

Expect a big, colourful spread designed to get you fuelled for the slopes. Think fresh pastries, baguettes, jams and hearty options like eggs, bacon, charcuterie and cheeses.

Lunch in Le POP is available between 12pm and 3pm and is payable locally. Soak in the sunrays from the terrace as you refuel for some afternoon runs.

From 4pm onwards, treat your taste buds at Taste. Relax with a hot drink, and we're sure you'll be tempted by their homemade snacks, cookies and pancakes.

If you've opted for half board, dinner is served in Le Demi between 7pm and 8:45pm. Expect a relaxed atmosphere that mixes buffet ease with table service. Load up on a variety of hot and cold starters before digging into the dish of the day - with both meat and veggie options available.
