The Altapura lives up to its name as the ‘highest ski palace’, redefining luxury and style in Val Thorens. All rooms have luxurious decor, twin or double beds (please specify preference when booking), bath with shower head attachment and shower, WC, lounge and seating area, iMac computer linked to the TV (Apple TV), LCD flat screen cable / satellite TV with English Speaking channels and a wide variety of films, iPod socket, safe, towels, bed linen, bath robes, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, toiletries, slippers, mini bar and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Val Thorens

At an altitude of 2300m, Val Thorens is the highest ski resort in Europe and as part of the huge Three Valleys area, in undoubtedly one of the very best! The resort has been designed to offer doorstep skiing from practically wherever you stay and has a village feel around a compact centre (where car access is restricted). the height of Val Thorens means long hours of sunshine, an unrivaled snow record and great skiing for all grades. Nightlife is relaxed with a good choice of restaurants, bars and clubs. There is also a superb sports centre in the village with an outdoor pool, sauna and whirlpool.
