Welcoming hotel team
The hotel is run by the third generation of the Reichenbach family, whose grandfather lovingly built the property in 1975. Since then, the hotel has expanded and has undergone renovations in recent years to create the elegant and chic hotel it is today. The bedrooms are bright, spacious and furnished to a high standard, incorporating traditional Alpine style with modern comforts. Many of the rooms also have balconies with incredible views over Zermatt and the iconic Matterhorn.
The hotel's set in the centre of Zermatt - so you'll only be a short walk away from the resort facilities including the Zermatt railway, bus stop and ski lifts - the Gornegrat and Sunnega lift, making it incredible easy to get onto the slopes each day.
