Fiona, one of our Reservations Supervisors, has recently returned from Piran where she ventured to Venice for a day trip out. Here’s what she had to say: Venice was amazing as there's so much to see: beautiful buildings, lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The best thing to do is to go to St Marks Square and investigate from there as it is a good central point to come back to if you get lost and it’s also near to the water taxis back to the main land. I highly recommend either a day trip or maybe a couple of days if you want to see a bit more. This was my third time and I'll definitely be going back.”
