About Inghams Chalet La Bergerie, Les Brevieres

An Inghams Chalet brings the mountains home with you. Think freshly prepared meals after ski days, friendly Chalet Hosts who keep things running smoothly, and a laid-back atmosphere that’s made for unwinding. With over 90 years of experience behind every stay, the only decision left is where to ski next.

Some chalets are all about the location. This one gives you just that, plus a village you'll want to come back to. Chalet La Bergerie sits in the heart of Les Brévières, Tignes' best-kept secret. Think cobbled streets, traditional stone buildings and a slower pace than the busier resort centre - yet you're only moments from the lift and the huge Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area.

Inside, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The chalet sleeps 12 to 14 guests across six recently renovated en-suite bedrooms (so there's no queue for the bathroom before first lifts). When the day's skiing is done, the open-plan lounge and dining area soon becomes the place to be. Swap stories over homemade cake and coffee, settle in for dinner together or simply put your feet up while tomorrow's ski plans somehow turn into another round of drinks.

The Brévières lift is just 100m away, so you'll be clicking into your skis in no time. If you're finding your ski legs, the gentle beginner area right by the village is a great place to build your confidence before cruising back down on the scenic run home. More experienced skiers head straight for La Sache, the longest black run in the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Hop on the high-speed lift and you'll be exploring Le Lac and Val Claret in just 15 minutes.

Our dedicated live-in chalet team are here to ensure your only responsibility is relaxation. From a hearty cooked breakfast to kickstart your mornings to a delicious three-course dinner paired with an aperitif and complimentary wine, they handle every detail. Enjoy the warmth of home-style cooking with none of the effort, and certainly none of the washing up.

Les Brévières is a great choice if you're learning to ski, with gentle beginner slopes and easy green runs close by. More experienced skiers will love the quick access to the wider ski area, including legendary runs like La Sache and excellent off-piste terrain after fresh snowfall.

Discover Tignes

World-class skiing and high-altitude snow are what put Tignes on the map. Thanks to its impressive snowfall and access to the vast Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area, you'll spend your days exploring everything from wide, cruisy pistes to more challenging terrain.

The resort's main villages, Val Claret, Le Lac and Le Lavachet, are all linked by a free 24-hour bus service, so it's easy to explore. Val Claret sits at 2,100m, right at the foot of the Grande Motte funicular, making it a great choice if you like getting onto the mountain quickly. Le Lac and Le Lavachet have a slightly cosier feel, with easy access to the slopes, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, and simple links over to Val d'Isère.

Over in Les Brévières, there's 18th-century buildings and cobbled streets to explore. It may feel different from anywhere else you'll stay in Tignes, but it's close to nursery slopes and the longest black run in the whole ski area - plus a high-speed lift easily connecting you with Le Lac and Val Claret.
