About Hotel Sentido Galosol
Pool-side readers, ocean gazers and fitness fanatics will fall in love with the Hotel Sentido Galosol. Its a lovely property positioned right next to the cliffs of Caniço that's been recently refurbished to a lovely standard.
The outdoor swimming pool here is lovely, with a little bridge crossing over the centre and palm trees lining the pool, you truly feel on holiday but for cooler days you may want to head in to the indoor pool. The hotel is also very well known for its gym, which is one of the largest on the island. You can take part in exercise classes, try out the squash courts or even do a personal training session here (bookable and payable locally). There's plenty of activities to keep you busy.
There are a number of bars and restaurants at the Hotel Sentido Galosol. The Atlantis restaurant at the swimming bay Lido Galomar has spectacular views, you have the ocean right in front of you and the cliffs of Caniço to the left and right - it doesn't get more special than that (bookable and payable locally). For those on half board or full board, dinners can be enjoyed at the Ondamar restaurant where you can tuck into a tasty buffet with themed cuisines and live cooking. There is also the pool bar, Blue Bar (payable locally) that offers light lunches, snacks and drinks throughout the day or if you're heading to the swimming bay Lido Galomar then you may want to pop in for a cocktail or snack at the Capoeira Bar (payable locally).
