About Princesa Parc Excellence Hotel

The Princesa Parc Excellence is Arinsal’s flagship property. It's linked to the Hotel Princesca Parc by a glass walkway and guests can enjoy the facilities in this complex yet retain the exclusive restaurant and cocktail bar.

This 5 star hotel is modern and furnished to an extremely high standard, and is specifically designed as a hotel conceived for relaxing and leisure. The Louis XV Restaurant of the Princesa Parc Excellence invites you to enjoy the most sophisticated gastronomy of the Pyrenees. The restaurant is known for its elegance, charm and use of local and fresh ingredients. The menu consists of traditional culinary dishes with a range of appetisers, mains and desserts.

The excellent spa facilities at the Princesa Parc Excellence are shared amongst Hotel Princes Parc and include saunas, a Turkish bath and hydro-massage pool. There is a local charge for the spa but one entrance a day is included with our Half-board Plus which also includes a drinks package. There are also opportunities to treat yourself to a beauty treatment or massage and even the bedrooms all have superb wellness facilities including a hydro-massage bath in the bathroom.

Spa & wellness facilities

The spa and wellness area offers two saunas, a steam room, two whirlpools, a small hydromassage pool, relaxation room and marble Caldarium with ice fountain. Spa treatments are payable locally.

Spa opening information (subject to change):

Monday to Saturday: Open to people over 13 years old from 1 - 9pm (last entry 8pm) and to children aged three to 12 years from 3 - 6pm (last entry 5pm).

Sunday: Open to people over 13 years old from 9am - 9pm (last entry 8pm) and to children aged three to 12 years from 9 - 11am (last entry 10am) and 3 - 6pm (last entry 5pm). 

There is an entry fee for the spa which is €15 per adult per hour and €10 per child per hour. Each entry into the spa is for one hour. Under 18s must always be supervised by an adult over 18. Flip-flops are obligatory.

If you book the half-board plus package, you can access the spa for one hour per day, free of charge.

  • In the evenings you can use either the buffet service in the Princesa Parc or the waiter service à la carte Luis XV Restaurant in the Princesa Parc Excellence
  • Christmas Dinner and New Years Gala with cava are included
  • Highchairs are available in the restaurant

Discover Arinsal

Arinsal, located towards Andorra’s western border with Spain, is part of Andorra’s Vallnord ski region which includes the Pal and Arinsal ski areas, with over 200 kilometres of slopes. There are two separate and very distinct villages - Arinsal is livelier with lots of night life, and La Massana which has more shops and restaurants. The resorts are 6 kilometres apart and connected by bus that runs until just after 10pm. Both Arinsal and La Massana are family-orientated and offer you access to some of the best-value skiing anywhere in Europe.

Things to do in Arinsal

If you'd prefer to explore the winter landscape by foot we'd recommend trying snow shoeing. Using poles and your own strength you wade through the snow, making it fantastic exercise as well as a lot of fun. A highlight about snow shoeing is that it takes place away from the busy slopes, allowing you to explore the quieter, untouched parts of Andorra.

If you fancy a break from skiing, take the focus off the mountains and spend some quality fun time with the family. Downstairs in the Princesa Parc Hotel you'll find a 10-pin bowling alley, along with a bar and games room that is open to the general public.

Fly above the mountains on an exhilarating zip line adventure. This unforgettable experience offers breathtaking bird’s-eye views. 

Be the first to enjoy the mountain, you can carve down pristine, untouched slopes, gliding over fresh snow as you take in the calm and beauty of the mountain at dawn.
