About The Bridge Mountain Resort (El Tarter)

Recently refurbished and formerly known as Hotel Euro Ski, Bridge Mountain Resort is a fantastic choice for a stay in Soldeu. Set between Soldeu and El Tarter, this welcoming four-star hotel has a unique design, with two buildings linked by a walkway over a mountain stream, creating lovely views from the reception and dining areas.

There's plenty to enjoy without leaving the hotel, thanks to its excellent range of on-site facilities. When it's time to hit the slopes, the complimentary shuttle bus runs throughout the day to the ski lifts, while an affordable taxi ride makes it easy to explore the shops, bars and restaurants in nearby Soldeu.

Spa & wellness facilities 

The hotel has superb wellness facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. The large indoor heated swimming pool is the best way to warm up after a day in the snow. The four person whirlpool, steam room and sauna are great for relaxing those aching muscles.

Spa facilities are available for all guests and included for 1 hour per day, reservation required locally. Children under 3 years are not allowed in the spa area and under 12s must be accompanied by an adult. From 6pm-9pm the spa is reserved for adults 18+ only. Please note, a bathing cap and flip flops must be worn when using the pool area.

  • The Hotel is set in the Incles Valley between Soldeu and El Tarter
  • There is a free ski shuttle bus running approximately every 15 minutes (8.45am-12.30pm and 3.30-5.30pm) to El Tarter that takes about 3 minutes. There is also a public bus to Andorra la Vella just one-minute walk from the hotel
  • The ski school meeting place is at the top of the El Tarter gondola
  • Taxis are cheap and readily available if you want to explore the bars of Soldeu

The Bridge Mountain Resort is offered on a half-board basis with breakfast and dinner taken in the on-site restaurant. 

Breakfast consists of a continental buffet with hot and cold options served between 7.30am and 10am.

There is a extensive buffet evening meal including starters, main course and desserts served between 7pm and 10pm.

A New Year gala dinner is included with a party bag, lucky grapes and party music.

Fly to Barcelona:

  • Transfer time:  approx. 3 hours 30 minutes – 4 hours by coach with a short break. The transfer to Soldeu will stop as close as possible to your chosen accommodation. In some cases, there may be a couple of minutes' walk due to regulations on where coaches can stop
  • Private transfers are available, please call to book

Short breaks:

  • Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are available at the Lodge Park Hotel, with 3-night arrivals on a Sunday and 4-night arrivals on a Wednesday
  • Wednesday arrival/departure transfers will be by public shared shuttle that runs every 2 hours at set times between Barcelona airport to Soldeu, with scheduled stops. There will be a change at Andorra La Vella for a shuttle to/from Soldeu

On Sundays, a Destination Expert will be at the airport to provide information and any assistance required.

Things to do in Soldeu

Jump on a snowmobile and experience Soldeu to the fullest. Make the most of the guided tours that are available or create your own adventure and follow marked trails alone. If you're hoping for a little more excitement, night tours are also available in resort through request. Snowmobile drivers are required to be 18 years and over but children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

There is a wide variety of winter excursions offered around Soldeu with the Canillo Olympic Palace offering a range of ice activities like ice hockey, ice karting and artistic ice skating. The venue has stands for 1,700 spectators and has an Olympic size ice rink. You can even learn how to build an igloo which is great fun for the children.

Add a touch of adrenaline to your holiday and experience a birds eye view of Soldeu through paragliding. No previous experience is needed and there are multiple types of flight on offer with an amazing selection of guides. If you'd like to capture that unforgettable moment, some flights are documented with photo and video imagery available for purchase at the end of your ride. 

The Grandvalira zipline, 40 meters high and 550 meters long, gives you some of the best possible views of the mountains and Llac del Forn lake. You can either sit down and cruise or if you're feeling daring enough ride horizontally and prepare to fly.
