About Chalet Etoile de Neige
The traditional Chalet Etoile de Neige has everything you need for your next ski holiday in France. With a cosy wellness area featuring a hot tub and sauna, five welcoming bedrooms sleeping up to ten guests, and delicious homecooked food, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy time on and off the slopes.
located in the central Vieil Alpe area of Alpe d'Huez. There's a range of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the chalet, plus getting onto the slopes couldn't be easier. Each morning, walk to the bucket lift and head up to Rond Point des Pistes, where you can find the Pic Blanc cable car and ski school meeting point. At the end of the day you can ski down to the Alpe Express lift in the Eclose area of the resort, following the small piste through the town towards Maison de L'Alpe d'Huez. The chalet is also located just 50 metres from the famous finish line of the 21 bends of the Tour de France route.
The spacious, open-plan lounge is a lovely spot to catch up with friends and family over a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, plus there's a shared balcony with mountain views. After a day of adventure, a soothing sauna and rejuvenating hot tub are available for chalet guests, offering the perfect remedy for achy ski legs.
The chalet is set across three floors, on the ground floor you’ll find a heated boot room, as well as an entrance area. The first floor has a welcoming open plan lounge and dining room, as well as one bedroom. The remainder of the bedrooms are located on the second floor; all of the bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms, and balconies with views over the resort.
