For reference, user content, such as for example text, photos, videos, etc. (“User Content”) will be referred to as UGC (User Generated Content).
1. By tagging your photo/video with @Inghamsholidays, you are agreeing that any UGC tagged can be used within any marketing communications that we may produce in the future both online and offline. This may include, but is not limited to: publication on Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, inclusion in brochures or used on the Inghams website. You grant to Hotelplan UK and its affiliates and/or related entities on behalf of the Hotelplan UK brand a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your video(s), photo(s) and/or other content posted to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or Google+, together with your social media handle, social media user name, profile picture, caption and location information you may have included in your content (“User Content”) that you have tagged with any of the above Hashtag(s) in any media, including but not limited to on its webpages and social media pages, newsletters, retailer sites, third party sites, prints, stores for its marketing and/or its advertising.
2. By tagging your photo/video, you confirm that you are the sole owner of copyright in all photographs and videos and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured. Where a photograph or video belonging to someone other than the photographer is featured, the photographer must seek permission and be prepared to provide written consent, if requested. Further, users must not have breached any local, UK or other applicable laws when taking their photographs/videos.
