  1. By submitting an entry to the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.  

  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.  

 

  1. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES  

2.1 Entries must be received between 09:00 on 20  January and 23:59 on 20 March 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.  

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER  

  1. Entries can be made via our paid social adverts on Instagram and Facebook. These entries will be made via Meta, not the Inghams website. 

  1. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.  

  1. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.  

  1. Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw.  

 

  1. THE PRIZE  

  1. The prize is an Inghams Ski holiday to Switzerland in 2026 or 2027 up to the value of £5,000 in total for 2 people sharing, for maximum 7 nights. If the winner chooses to book a holiday at a higher value than the prize, or if the total holiday cost inclusive of ski extras exceeds the prize value, they will be responsible for payment of the difference. If they choose a holiday at a lower value, the remaining balance cannot be transferred to another holiday, nor refunded to the winner. 

  1. The voucher must be used for a trip departing before 31 March 2027. The following departure dates are excluded 29 March 2026, 20/27 December 2026, 14 February 2027, and 28 March 2027.  

  1. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The voucher can be redeemed on one booking only and must be booked directly through Inghams. It cannot be split across separate bookings.  

  1. Travel to the UK airport or St Pancras station is not included, and any other costs of travel to and from the airport in the UK, travel insurance, parking, food and drink outside of the hotel meal plan, spending money, and other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize and must be arranged by the Winner themselves.  

  1. The prize winner is responsible for ensuring that they and members of their travelling party comply with the appropriate passport, visa and other requirements for their trip.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION 

  1. All valid entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winner will be picked at random, using a random number generator, within 7 working days of the Closing Date.     

  1. Winners will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry. The winners will be required to respond within 7 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.

  1. We will treat all personal data as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.  

  1. The winner consents to contact from Inghams with a view to the provision of content to promote holidays with Inghams. This may include an in-person interview with Inghams’ marketing team and include being filmed and photographed. The winner will receive a proof of the story ahead of publication.  

 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The competition opens at 17:00 GMT on Thursday 12th March 2026 and the closing date for entry will be 23:59 GMT on Thursday 23rd April 2026. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
